My wife says it is the 2-3 beers a day that I consume. Everybody knows that a beer belly is caused by the beer bugs...

So the moral of the story is to not drink unless you're a woman drinking wine. I drink 8 to 12 beers everyday nothing over 96 cal. I workout one time a day and rollerblade every other day.Combine with that the relationship between alcohol use and lack of exercise and you have a beer belly on it's way.
